A DISQUALIFIED driver saw his van seized after police caught him on the motorway.
The driver is said to have had a licence but was disqualified and the vehicle had no working brake lights. The fuse box was being held in place using tie wraps.
Lancashire Police said: "Report received that there was a disqualified driver using this van on the M6 at Preston.
"The driver had a licence however there were no working brake lights and the fuse box was held in using tie wraps. Vehicle prohibited and seized. Driver reported."
