A randy couple were hauled before the courts after they had sex on a train in front of stunned passengers.
John Conachy, 53, and Sarah Cooper, 41, were caught romping in plain sight of passengers, including an autistic boy and his disgusted mother, on an afternoon service to London Victoria.
The dirty pair, who were drunk, carried on their romp even after the 13-year-old's mum screamed "you're disgusting," Canterbury Crown Court heard.
The mum was speaking to her son on the Southeastern train when she noticed he "became silent" and did not know "where to look".
When she turned around, she was shocked to find the pair fornicating and moved into the next carriage after chastising their behaviour.
A train conductor later discovered the couple, who are no longer an item, and called them "bloody disgusting" before booting them off the train at the next stop.
The conductor later told police Conachy, an ex-painter and decorator, had been "naked" during the act.
CCTV cameras clearly captured the incident, but it took months to arrest career criminal Conachy, who has 55 previous convictions.
Judge Mark Weekes told "boorish" Conachy his behaviour was "thoroughly disgraceful" at Canterbury Crown Court.
He added: "You, with your then partner, were on a train service, having boarded the train, and went to the toilet.
"You made your way past some passengers. One of whom was a 13-year-old boy.
"Thereafter, you and your then partner engaged in boorish drunken behaviour, and decided to have sexual intercourse in public view."
Prosecutor Warwick Tatford described the depravity unfolding and how it disturbed the mother's child.
He told the court the pair were aware of the child's presence because they walked past him inside the carriage to reach their seats.
The prosecutor said: "Because of drink and perhaps drugs as well the couple decided to have sex in the carriage.
"The mum describes her speaking to her son and then him becoming silent. She got the impression he didn't know where to look.
"When she looked around that is what she saw, she couldn't believe her eyes. She shouted 'you are disgusting' and went into the next carriage."
Describing the moment the conductor found the couple, the barrister added: "He said to the couple 'you are bloody disgusting.'"
Cooper, of Ramsgate, Kent, was discovered by police drunk at Ashford train station.
She pleaded guilty to outraging public decency at the same court last month and will be sentenced next year.
Conachy, of Margate, was detained after being arrested for burglary and fraud earlier this year.
The defendant admitted three burglaries at Kent schools and two counts of bank card fraud, as well as outraging public decency.
He was jailed on Wednesday for 20 months.
