Despite the picture-perfect romance, the 18-year-old Dance Moms alum revealed that the two had parted ways in November 2021, but things have seemed to have changed.

JoJo Siwa, 18, revealed she had a girlfriend during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on February 3, 2021.

Then on February 8, 2021, she said she had been in a relationship with Kylie Prew for a month.

Despite the romance, rumors began swirling that the two had broken up in October 2021 after Siwa posted a cryptic caption on Instagram.

"This has been a WEEK. My brain has never been so overwhelmed/overloaded with not only work but also personal life," the beginning of the caption read.

"This week of my life has taught me SO much. Live in the moment. Smile however you can. Whatever it takes to be happy, do it ... Even though this week has been one of the hardest in my life for so many different reasons, it’s also been one of the best," she continued.

The speculation was proven true on November 2, 2021, when Siwa shared the news of their breakup on Paris Hilton's This Is Paris podcast.

After Hilton asked the guest about her love life, Siwa said: "I have yet to talk about this officially, publicly, but we broke up." Thankfully, she added that the two are still very close friends. "Even though relationships end, friendships don't have to end," she shared.

Back in October 2021, fans of Dancing With The Stars pointed out the tight bond Siwa was forming with her partner, professional dancer Jenna Johnson, and wondered if that is what potentially caused the breakup.

However, it was later revealed that the split was due to Siwa's “busy” schedule.

Did JoJo and Kylie get back together?

Many were shocked after they heard the news of the couple's split, with many hoping they might rekindle their romance.

Rumors surrounding their relationship starting spreading again in March 2022 after Siwa went on the Rachel Uncensored Podcast, where she revealed that she is officially off the market.

“We’re not single,” she told host Rachel Ballinger. “I say ‘we’re’ because it’s me and my multiple personalities within myself. … I am not single, and I don’t want to mingle. No, I’m a loyal lady.”

“She’s exclusive, ladies and gentleman!” Ballinger added.

“Listen, I went around the block. I tried a lot, and I learned a lot, and I’m very, very, very happy where I am now,” Siwa continued.

On May 5, 2022, Siwa then confirmed that she was back with Prew.

The two were Instagram official again after Siwa posted a picture of them at Disney World.

"If you love something let it go, if it comes back….🤍♾," she captioned the photo.

The news comes just days after the two were spotted at Disney World holding hands.
