Wales will be looking to secure qualification but they will face the impeccable Italy at the Stadio Olimpico.
Rob Page's side are the outsiders at 13/2 with Grosvenor Sport while the Italians are the favourites at 8/15 and a draw is 14/5.
The Azzurri were tipped as dark horses but now they look like solid front-runners with their stunning displays in the tournament.
Roberto Mancini's side did not waste any time in their group opener against Turkey winning 3-0 in Rome before a similar display put Switzerland in a spot of bother going into their final group game.
Wales, meanwhile, have managed to get a result in every match so far - beating Turkey and drawing with Switzerland - but this will be their biggest task so far.

Daniel James has been really impressive in this tournament - he was Rob Page's most creative and lively player against Switzerland and really put the pressure in against Turkey too.
He has been unlucky not to get an assist so far in this tournament and while Italy's defence look unbreakable at the moment, they still conceded nine chances in front of goal so Wales have an opportunity but they need to take them.
His creativity and speed on the wing is enough to give full-back Giovanni Di Lorenzo a tough shift so may have to rely on back-up from midfield.
They time their opportunity right then Wales can expose the space left in midfield to create those chances from the left-wing.
