Dancing On Ice 2021 is back, but it's not without the drama.
The popular ITV competition kicked off last weekend with six celebrities skating in order to impress the judges and viewers at home.
However, before the launch show there were many accidents, including contestant Denise Van Outen dislocating her shoulder and professional Yebin Mok being hospitalised due to a laceration in her leg caused by a stab wound from a skate. You can read more about this year's injuries here.
Now, Myleene Klass, who is partnered with Lukasz Rozycki, has said she's "worked to hard to quit" after tearing a cartilage in her knee.
She told her Instagram followers: "Thank you for all your super kind messages. (Some of you have even offered me physio sessions!)
"All this to say, I love ice skating, it's the hardest thing I've ever tried to conquer, esp [sic] in such a short time span, but I've worked too hard to quit and I'm going to give it EVERYTHING I've got on Sunday, nana knees and all.
"Thank you for your continued love and support. Mum power. Plus, compared to childbirth, a meniscus injury is 'meh'."
It comes after an ITV source told The Mirror: "Myleene has picked up a knee injury during training and she is having physio sessions to try to help with both her knees ahead of her first dance on screen with Lukasz on Sunday.
"It is very early on to be in pain and having knee problems but Myleene is determined to carry on and won't let it ruin her experience.
"She will be going through the pain barrier and the show means a lot to her and her children so this may not stop her but it certainly won't help her chances of winning."
Myleene also revealed earlier this week that she'd blacked out after trying the headbanger move in rehearsals.
She said: "I banged my head on the ice, I really did. I didn't realise when it comes to spins you can have mini-blackouts when you get dizzy.
"We were doing one and when I watched the footage back, yeah, the next thing you see is I bang my head. I couldn't believe it."
Dancing On Ice continues on Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
