Coronation Street's Sally Dynevor has shared a rare snap with actress daughter Phoebe as she celebrates her birthday.

The break-out Bridgerton star was marking her 26th birthday.

And mum Sally, who plays Sally Metcalfe in the ITV soap, was quick to wish her daughter many happy returns.

The 57-year-old posted a black and white snap of the pair hugging to her Instagram page.

She wrote alongside the adorable snap: "Happy Birthday Phoebe. Love you so much xxx"

Sally's Corrie co-stars were quick to share their own messaged to Phoebe who has been catapulted to worldwide fame for starring in the raunchy Netflix period drama as Daphne Bridgerton.

"Happiest of birthdays you beautiful girl," Sally's on-screen daughter Brooke Vincent commented.

And many fans were on hand to compliment the 'gorgeous' photo.

"What a lovely photo ," one said.

Another commented: "Aww gorgeous picture - happy birthday."

"Beautiful mum and daughter happy birthday Phoebe," a third gushed.

Another spotted the family resemblance, writing: "Wow she looks like you. Have a lovely birthday."

Phoebe shot to fame earlier this year in Bridgerton

Fans were 'mindblown' earlier this year after they realised the connection between the two actresses.

And we are set to see much more from Phoebe as Bridgerton has been commissioned for three more seasons.

Not only that, she landed her first major role since starring in the first series of the Netflix show last month in new Sky Original film The Colour Room.

Phoebe will play the role of Clarice Cliff, a legendary ceramic artist from Stoke-on-Trent who rose to fame as a key figure for women in the workplace.
