Coronation Street spoilers: Leanne Battersby furious as Steve McDonald seeks legal advice over custody of Oliver

CUSTODY BATTLE

LEANNE Battersby fights with Steve McDonald in a furious showdown next week in Coronation Street when she realises he wants custody of their son Oliver Battersby.

Viewers of the ITV soap have noticed that the youngster has been looking tired and peaky a lot recently.

And things are only set to worsen for Steve and Leanne as Oliver’s condition deteriorates in upcoming scenes.

Next week’s episodes of Coronation Street will see Steve rush Oliver into the medical centre.

Dr Gaddas assures Steve that everything is okay but tells him to take Oliver to A&E as a precaution.

It all kicks off when Leanne arrives at the hospital and realises that Steve left Oliver with schoolgirl Summer.

Later in the week, Steve asks Imran for some legal advice but due to his connection with Toyah, he suggests another solicitor.

Steve then tries to build bridges and asks Nick and Leanne to join him at Speed Daal.

But Steve clumsily drops the business card Imran gave him for another solicitor - much to his dismay.

As he scrabbles to try and pick it up, Leanne claps eyes on it and looks at him with disgust.

A huge row then erupts between Leanne and Steve when she realises what he’s up to.

Now that she’s caught on to Steve’s plan to seek legal advice, will she do the same?

Corrie fans have predicted that Oliver will be struck down with an illness on the soap after noticing that he’s always tired.

Viewers were further convinced something was wrong in February when Oliver cough and spluttered all over his birthday cake instead of blowing out the candles.

With soap legend Beverley Callard set to leave the soap after 30 years, viewers think her exit could have something to do with little Oliver and his demise.
