Christine McGuinness shows off her incredible figure in gymwear as she performs pre-workout warm-up dance

CHRISTINE McGuinness showed off her toned figure in her latest flesh-flashing workout clip.

The mum-of-three gyrated in front of the camera giving everyone an eyeful of her killer bod.

The 32-year-old could be seen showing off her curves in a tight-fitting crop top and leggings.

The blonde mum wiggled about seductively in some sexy workout gear from her upcoming range to perform a saucy jig.

Wearing a white strappy sports bra and grey leggings, the former Miss Liverpool displayed her abs in the TikTok video which she also shared on Instagram.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star wrote: "My preworkout warmup dance #canttouchthis #hiteverybeat #tiktok #tiktokuk #vibe #positivevibes."

Adding: "Fave Gymwear from @vibebychristine COMING SOON."

She recently took the opportunity to show off her bum cheeks in a thong bikini on a previous holiday as she looked out onto a beautiful view.

Christine and hubby Paddy have been sharing some amusing videos while in isolation.

And she is keeping busy splitting her time between home-schooling her three children and making online fitness videos.

Christine recently made a plea to the public not to stockpile food during the pandemic.

She shared her worry that her children, who all have autism, could go hungry if certain foods weren't available because they have a 'restricted diet.'

She wrote: "When you are emptying the shelves at your supermarket please bear in mind that you are emptying the tummies of our vulnerable, including my own children."

The couple are parents to six-year-old twins Leo and Penelope and Felicity, four.

On her amazing gym body, she recently said that working out was better than therapy.

She told the Manchester Evening News: "I don’t do it to lose weight or look a certain way, I do it purely for my own self. It’s cheaper than therapy.

"I was worried at the beginning how I was going to fit it in, but I go as soon as I drop the children off at school.

"My confidence has grown and I feel great. It’s like an escape, then when I pick the kids up I’m refreshed and completely focused on them."
