Casualty spoilers: Lev pushed to the edge in family showdown and Ollie’s illness finally diagnosed

CASUALTY'S Lev Malinovsky is pushed to the edge in a family showdown and Ollie Hide's illness is finally diagnosed this week.

The paramedic - played by actor Uriel Emil in the BBC medical drama - clashes with his dad Alexei in a huge row.

After Alexei says something about Lev and Faith's son Luka, the paramedic flips and tells him that he's not afraid of him anymore.

As viewers will know, the paramedic is currently under caution after he assaulted homophobe Sam Richards.

Earlier this month he tried to pay off the crook with some money so he'd drop the charge, but Sam refused.

Lev isn't comfortable with people knowing about his sexuality so has kept quiet about it all, but this week he heads to the police station to tell the truth.

Meanwhile Ollie is rushed into hospital again with another mysterious symptom.

After an examination, consultant Dylan Keogh is convinced that he's self-harming after spotting some marks on his arms.

The teen - who is son of David and Rosalene Hide - tries to leave the hospital as they try to figure out what's wrong with him.

But he falls to the floor and suffers from a terrible seizure.

A later MRI scan reveals that the lower part of his brain pushing down into his spinal canal.

Despite the chiari malformation diagnosis, Dylan still thinks that Ollie should talk to one of the mental health nurses.

It's not all doom and gloom in Casualty this week as love birds Fenisha and Ethan plan to tie the knot.

It's been a long time coming since consultant pushed the paramedic away after finding out he has Huntington's disease.

Ethan debates whether or not he should go to his latest appointment about his condition in case it spoils their big day.

However he soon realises that he needs to do it for his wife-to-be and their son Bodhi.

Meanwhile Fenisha is stuck at the hospital when her cab company bails on her, leaving her stressed that she won't make it down the aisle.

Will anyone be able to give her a lift?
