Carol Vorderman showed off her sculpted abs and slim figure in a tiny crop top and skintight leggings at a boot camp in Portugal. It looked incredible.

She wore a gray outfit when she showed off her sporty physique, a sports top and a pair of black figure-hugging leggings.She also chose large aviator sunglasses.

"It's very hot here... it feels like I'm at home. It's almost 40 degrees Celsius every day, which is too hot for me, but it will cool down in a few days.

" Most of the time was spent doing yoga, the gym, swimming, paddleboarding and relaxing.”

Her runaway began after Carol recently opened up about her menopausal battle with depression. She shared her own experience in her menopausal bath on This Morning.

"We were overwhelmed with women coming on the bus to talk about their problems. The more we talked about it, the better and stronger we were." Let's go," the TV star posted on Instagramafterwards.

"I suffered from hormonal depression for some time during peri-menopause. It was frightening to the point of suicidal thoughts.

Carol opened up about her health

"It wasn't. I self-diagnosed my severe depression as being hormone-related, so I consulted my doctor.

''I was right. gave me the same hormones (all now available on NHS) and within 48 hours my depression was gone and I have never had that feeling since. No."

She added: "I tell this story to help other women. You are not worthless. If you are going through menopause. , it's just a hormonal imbalance and you can fix it."
