Burnley vs Tottenham LIVE SCORE: Latest updates from Premier League match at Turf Moor

TOTTENHAM are struggling to find a breakthrough as they take on Burnley at Turf Moor.

The Clarets have been stubborn in defence and actually created the better chances so far in Lancashire.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    66. Can't lie. This game is really drab now. Tottenham don't seem energetic enough to get at this Burnley side.

And that plays right into the home side's hands.

Kane does get a chance in the box but once again, the ball is cleared by Lowton.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    64. Doherty plays the ball into the box for Son but the Korean's effort to slip the ball into the middle of the area is blocked and out for a goal kick after it bounces back off him.

Mourinho not cutting a happy figure on the bench. He looks bored, to be honest.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    62. Burnley work a nice piece of play that ends with Westwood getting a shot off on the edge of the box.

His volley is blocked but they win back possession. The home side have been much better than Spurs this half.

Not something you'd have expected when you think of the team-talks given at half time.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    59. Dier looking to play a forward pass as he comes out with the ball but there's no movement from the Spurs players.

Frustrating for the away side but they're not helping themselves. Burnley finding it really easy to defend against.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    57. Westwood's corner is decent but Tarkowski can't quite get his header on target.

Meanwhile, Lamela comes in for Lucas Moura. Bale still on the bench.

Let's see what the Argentine can do.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    55. Burnley are, however a lot better in possession this half.

One piece of play ends with Wood heading the ball down for Barnes, whose shot is blocked and deflected over for a corner.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    53. Burnley playing this half very much like they played the first one.

Solid in defence but willing to come forward when the opportunity presents itself.

Lamela preparing to come on for Spurs.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    51. Kane isolated up front and tries to collect a ball played forward to him but can't.

Son getting himself in better positions but finding it hard to pick out his attacking team-mate.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    49. Spurs give the ball away in a dangerous area and Barnes comes forward with the loose ball but his shot is wide of Lloris' right post.

Bale now warming up on the touchline.

Maybe Jose thinks it's time for a change already.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    47. More static possession from Tottenham, who surely got a bit of a talking to in the changing room.

Burnley still defencing as resolutely as they stated the game.

Jose looks glum on the bench.

  • PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!

    We're back underway.

    BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM.

  • DRAB

Not a great half of football so far in Lancashire.

  • HEADACHE

Spurs players have been in the wars over the past week or so…

  • PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!

    That's the half. Not great.

    BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

45+2. Kane tries a shot with his left foot from distance but it's blocked, obviously.

Will need a little more invention from that in the second half tonight from Spurs.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    45. Good end to the half for Burnley as McNeil, Barnes and Brownhill combine to lay off Westwood, who shoots over.

Pretty dreary half so far here at Turf Moor.

    Three minutes added time.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    43. Kane tries to link up with Ndombele up top but he takes a whack from Tarkowski for his troubles. Burnley for you.

No foul and the game continues. Ball being bopped around defence before Kane tries to play Son in with a flick but sees the attempt deflected out for a corner.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    41. Decent chance for Burnley as Westwood shoots from distance and makes Lloris get down to save to his right.

Spurs still not had a target on shot themselves, however.

Mourinho will be disappointed with this so far, 63 per cent possession. But no shots on target. Bleak.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    38. Burnley embark on one of their first attacks of the game with Gundmunsson but Sissoko sniffs out the danger and clears.

Dyche's men recycle possession and launch forward for Wood but the ball makes its way out to Westwood, whose cross hits the first man.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    36. Lucas Moura fouls Brownhill and concedes a free-kick in a really dangerous position.

Let's see what Brownhill, who has stepped up, can do from here…

    Skies it. Oh well.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    34. Spurs are a bit laboured at the moment in their possession.

They win the ball back from Burnley but they're too slow in transition and are still struggling getting their forward players on the ball.

Ndombele tries to smash a ball into the box after opening an angle for himself but it's blocked by Tarkowski.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    31. Son gets into a really good shooting position but he's snuffed out by his marker after Davies drills a ball across the floor for him.

Burnley players are getting back really quickly when Spurs win the ball and drive forward with any menace.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    29. Burnley will be the happier of the two sides so far, despite not creating much.

They're still a big threat when they launch balls forward and Tottenham aren't the sturdiest in defence when things get tough.

Alderweireld tries to go direct to Kane but Pope collects.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    27. When Spurs get forward, things are just a little too congested. They end up having to start from the beginning – which is all the way with Dier.

Burnley happy to sit in, but Son soon finds Davies with a pass but the Welshman overhits his cross again.

Kane then comes deep and tries to get things ticking but to no avail.

  • BURNLEY 0-0 TOTTENHAM

    24. Ndombele has been decent in midfield under pressure but it's hard for him to break into the final third.

Hojbjerg then tries to chip over the top for Doherty but the ball is overhit.

They're still probing, Spurs. Dyche doesn't like what he's seeing as he barks out orders from the touchline.
