Burnley suffered a heavy defeat at Spurs on Sunday afternoon to leave the Clarets looking over their shoulders in the Premier League relegation battle.
Gareth Bale and Harry Kane had the home side two up inside 15 minutes and Burnley didn't recover.
Lucas Moura added a third before the break before Bale netted his second after the interval.
Burnley toiled away but struggled to create many clear cut chances and are now five points clear of the bottom three following Fulham's draw at Crystal Palace.
