Britney Spears' mum has insisted everything is "fine" with her daughter as she continues in her bid to rid her dad from her conservatorship.

Lynne Spears, 66, and the singer's brother Bryan, 44, were at Los Angeles Airport on Sunday but remained tight lipped when questioned about Britney's on-going conservatorship battle.

The Toxic singer, 39, has been trying to remove dad Jamie, 69, from her conservatorship and made a host of sensational claims against him in court last month.

But when questioned on the situation, Lynne had very little to say except when she muttered that her daughter is doing "fine" in a video on TMZ.

And the publication also reports that legal documents show that Lynne says she supports her daughter's petition to remove her father as conservator of her estate.

Lynne is said have claimed she only became involved in the conservatorship in May 2019 during a "time of crisis".

She said that Jamie had "absolute control" over Britney's money and health decisions and explained how the father and daughter's relationship had "dwindled to nothing but fear and hatred".

However, TMZ's sources reportedly say that Britney can't stand her mother and also blames her for her current circumstances.

The short sighting came around the same time it was announced that the former Mickey Mouse Club star had reportedly chosen who she wanted to replace her dad on the conservatorship arrangement.

Britney's long-time agent and friend, Cade Hudson, also spoke out on the "nonsense" conservatorship earlier in the week.

He took to Instagram to say "enough is enough" and wrote: "I've kept my mouth shut out of the fear of losing my job as her agent and losing the career I worked my ass off for 15 years to build, out of threats from the man we all know who, but I won't even dignify mentioning his name. I’m officially done being quiet."

He ended his lengthy post by writing: "I'll end with a few things, one person who was in her life (again legally can't name names) was also silenced by the people around her. You silencers know who you are. This person has her best interest at heart.

"It's time to get my girl back."
