Brilliant Apple Macbook Air deal saves you up to £199

AS ANY Apple fan will know, the tech giant rarely discounts its products.

But that doesn’t mean retailers can't, as Amazon’s new Macbook Air deal proves.

This article and featured products have been independently chosen by Sun journalists. It contains links which are ads, and if you click a link and buy a product we will earn revenue.

Amazon has cut the price of Apple's 2020 Macbook Air models, dropping them by up to £199.

The discount represents real value on the Macbook Air, which has an original price of £999. Brilliant news if you’re looking for a new laptop but don’t want to pay full price.

Apple’s Macbook Air is available in two models from Amazon, with 256GB or 512GB SSD. The discount you get will also depend on the colour of Macbook you pick up.

For both models, the best saving comes on the Gold version: a discount of £129 on the 256GB and £199 on the 512GB.

Silver and space grey savings are available too, but you won’t get quite as much of a discount.

Whichever model and colour you choose though, the Macbook Air is a premium bit of tech to get hold of.

The 2020 Macbook Air is every bit as capable as many users will need, powered by apple’s M1 combined eight-core CPU and eight-core GPU chip and 8GB of RAM.

It also offers around 18 hours of battery life on a single charge, not to mention a 13.3-inch Retina display. There’s no clue as to when Amazon’s new prices end, so don’t miss out.

All prices in this article were correct at the time of writing, but may have since changed. Always do your own research before making any purchase.

This amazing iPhone XR deal gets you the brilliant mobile for just £269.
