With the the big day over it's entirely possible you may have overindulged and woken up on Boxing Day morning to the realisation you've run of of the essentials.

Most of Tesco’s large supermarkets will open from 9am-6pm on Boxing Day, while some of Tesco Express stores will open from 8am-10pm.

All Aldi stores in Wales will be closed. They'll reopen on Friday December 27 at 8am.

Lidl

Also closed - but back to normal (8am opening) on December 27.

Waitrose

Customers have been told to return the soup for a full refund
