Bolton Wanderers are in action this weekend and Ian Evatt is poised to rotate his squad for the visit of Barrow.

The Trotters are one of the form teams in League Two and are aiming to make it five wins on the spin tomorrow when they take on the Bluebirds at the University of Bolton Stadium.

They will take on Evatt's former team in the form of Barrow, who find themselves in the relegation zone heading into the fixture.

As the busy League Two fixture schedule continues for Wanderers, Evatt is poised to rotate and make changes.

One player who was not involved in the matchday squad in Tuesday evening's win over Scunthorpe United was Kieran Lee.

Evatt said the decision not to include Lee was his, even though the midfielder wanted to play, due to the run of fixtures Bolton have coming up.

But former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Lee will be ready to go tomorrow.

He said: "Kieran did not want to be taken out on Tuesday. That was my call, my decision, because I feel like he is that important to us.

“I thought that type of game would suit George (Thomason), help us dominate the ball, and it worked out that way.

“Other games we’re going to need Kieran, especially in some of the big, big ones coming up."

Lee is a player who could come back into the fold for Wanderers and could come in for Thomason.

Elsewhere in the squad, defender Harry Brockbank is back available again and is an option at right-back.

Antoni Sarcevic has come off the bench in the last two matches and could be an option to start with further training sessions under his belt to help build up fitness.

Marcus Maddison came off the bench late on against the Iron and could also be another fresh option in the forward areas for Evatt.

Predicted Bolton Wanderers starting lineup against Barrow: Gilks; Jones, Santos, Baptiste, John; Lee, Williams; Maddison, Sarcevic, Afolayan; Doyle.
