Ashley Cain and his girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee have revealed their poorly daughter Azaylia is home from hospital and being given oxygen after having another emergency transfusion.
Azaylia is battling an aggressive form of leukemia after being diagnosed when she was just eight weeks old, and doctors have now told the family there's nothing more they can do for her.
She's spending her final days at home, and Safiyya has vowed to shower her with love and make every moment count.
However, the worried parents rushed the tot back to hospital via ambulance after her heart rate spiked.
She had to undergo her second emergency platelet transfusion in the space of a week, but Safiyya has revealed she has now been discharged.
Sharing a video from the hospital, the doting mum showed her baby girl clutching a cuddly toy given to her by the ambulance crew for being so brave.
She later told fans they were heading home, saying: "So we've finally been discharged from hospital again... We got you another platelet transfusion didn't we... yes we did."
After getting home, Safiyya gave her followers a look at all the balloons and flowers which had arrived for them and revealed her daughter was being given oxygen to help her sleep.
She admitted the couple had barely slept but they were looking forward to another day with their daughter.
Safiyya said: "We didn't get much sleep at all, probably haven't had much sleep for the past few weeks.
"As you can see, Azaylia is on oxygen at the moment. Her breathing is a little bit more intense.
"And she is struggling a little bit so we are just giving her some oxygen to help her sleep more comfortably.
"She's not had an uncomfortable day today, she's been very comfortable and quite sleepy.
