Vogue Williams blamed "terrible" passengers for refusing to swap seats to get closer to their families on flights.
The 36-year-old model said she had inadvertently booked the wrong seat and that her husband Spencer Matthews was with the man sitting next to her. I asked if it could be replaced. She said her passenger snapped at her and initially refused to move.
Her family was returning from Gibraltar when the incident occurred.
