Scots singer Amy MacDonald shared a bit of 'marriage reality' as she revealed the 'demanding' texts she received from her footballer husband Richard Foster.
Amy, 32, took to Twitter to share with her fans her 'Life in 2020', followed by the message from Richard which read: "Wife, I know you are busy but could you switch on my PlayStation please. Just hit the middle button on the controller. Big update today."
The Mr Rock and Roll singer then posted a second tweet saying, "My life is just a series of instructions via text" as she shared another text from the former Rangers right back which read: "Wife, can you put the oven on so I can have Chicago towns.xxx"
Amy then mocked her husband by saying 'An athletes dinner. Chicago town pizzas."
But Twitter was divided by Richard's demanding ways.
One said: "C.o.D...Excellent priorities.."
While another wrote: "Very disappointed with Foz! No please or thank you! Even more unforgivable is lack of the phrase 'I love you' or a heart emoji!"
And one penned: "You need a new husband. I'm available if required."
"So he's sleeping on the floor tonight then, cheeky monkey..." another fan said.
Amy and Richard tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2018, after getting engaged while seeing in the New Year in 2016.
Richard had been studying for a degree in psychology as he prepares for life after football.
Amy, from Bishopbriggs, near Glasgow, has released four studio albums and a greatest hits compilation since her chart breakthrough in 2007.
She has sold more than 12million records worldwide.
