Amy Hart shows off her dramatic weight loss after just seven days of exercise and healthy eating

AMY Hart has showcased her dramatic weight loss after just seven days of exercise and healthy eating.

The Love Island star, 27, jetted off to Portugal last week to take part in a juice master retreat with Jason Vale at the Juicy Oasis Boutique Health Retreat and Spa.

And it certainly looks like it's worked wonders for the reality favourite as she's dropped 2kg in weight and is looking better than ever.

The beauty not only looks great on the outside, she admitted that the short getaway has also done wonders for her inside too, especially her mental health.

Alongside four before and after shots of her in a black bikini, Amy revealed what she's been up to over the past week.

She captioned the post: "‼️‼️‼️RESULTS‼️‼️‼️So as you can see from these pictures my body did change from the 7 day @juicemasterretreats plan!

"I lost 2kg and toned up from all the excersize. However, that isn’t why I went. As well as 2kg I...

"✅hauled myself out of bed everyday for a hike between 5-11km sometimes in a 5kg vest ✅Jumped in a river✅has a reset ready to come home and start a new chapter!

"All in all a successful week!! Thanks so much to @jasonvale for an amazing concept. Can’t wait to come back!!"

And fans flocked to the comment section to let Amy know how amazing she looks.

One wrote: "Tbh you look gorgeous in both. That is a wonderful list of achievements though. Well done to you! 💕💕💕"

A second commented: "Yess you go,great mind, great energy you have it all 😍🤩❤️"

A third said: "So proud of you QUEEN 👑 💋"

Earlier this month, the former air hostess revealed she's still in therapy to "get her head sorted" and admits to being a "totally different person" since Love Island.

She admitted that she is still working on herself 14 months after walking out of the popular ITV2 show.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Amy said that she's turned her life around after finally tackling her anxiety head-on.

“Yes, 100 per cent I’ve changed as a person," she said.

"I'm still in therapy and it's made me totally different - I’m a lot more chilled. My brain was always in overdrive.

"I always used to have music on all the time, everywhere I walked. If I went to get a glass of water in the kitchen I would put my headphones in.

"I walked 45 minutes the other day and I walked back with no music and my head was so clear.

"I'm a lot more chilled and enjoy life a lot more, with a lot less anxiety."

Amy first rose to fame on the 5th series of the popular dating show.

However, her world came crumbling down when her "half-boyfriend" Curtis Pritchard dumped her after the the arrival of six new bombshells caught his eye.

The West Sussex lass decided to leave the villa following her heartache and has since then become a firm favourite of the 2019 series.

Amy and Curtis set tongues wagging last month when they reunited for a cosy snap after the ballroom dancer's recent split with Maura Higgins.
