Amber Heard showed fans she is one 'multitasking mama' this weekend.

The Aquaman actress, 35, shared a photo of her pumping iron in her workout gear while simultaneously holding daughter Oonagh.

The new mum looked ultra body confident as she flashed her taut abs in leggings and sports bra while flexing a bicep.

Baby Oonagh was seen resting on her free arm, as Amber cast a look over her shoulder to smile proudly at the child.

Amber secretly welcomed her daughter via surrogate in April.

Her latest candid parenting snap sparked some debate on social media from disgruntled fans.

One commented: "As a parent myself not in a million years would I hold my baby like."

"That's dangerous for Amber Heard to hold her baby like that," agreed another.

"I'm sorry but that Amber Heard photo-op is a dangerous thing to do with a baby," claimed a third.

Following the criticism, some social media users stepped in to defend the mum.

"That hold is actually a position some babies find comforting," assured one.

"Aww beautiful mummy and baby," cooed another.

"Look at that... How baby Oonagh is helping mama in her training sessions," commented a third.

Amber has been throwing herself into a strict workout regime as she prepares to film the upcoming Aquaman sequel.

Amber says she has also had to undergo a drastic overhaul of her diet and even ban some fruit which she was told had surprisingly high sugar content.

"'I cut out banana now it's too high-sugar. I've gotten to the point in my life where I'm like, "I can't even have a banana!? Banana!? Fruit!? It's a fruit!!" Nope,' Amber complained in a video posted to her Instagram account as she gave a tour of the film set.

"I can't even have banana. BANANA! Fruit!" she cried at the camera.

In July, the actress confessed she had broken her diet as she bit into a forkful of peas.

"'I can't help it, I can't help it!' Amber told fans. "I'm breaking the rules 'cause it has peas on it!"

She is set to reprise her role as Mera alongside Jason Momoas' Aquaman in the latest movie.

It comes after fans of her ex husband Johnny Depp started a petition to ban Amber from appearing in the film.

More than one million people put their name to the document demanding Amber be removed from the film following the fallout from her court case with Depp.

in November 2020, Johnny Depp has lost his libel case against The Sun after the newspaper described him as a 'wife beater'.

Depp sued the tabloid’s publisher, News Group Newspapers (NGN), and its executive editor Dan Wootton over the 2018 article, which referred to “overwhelming evidence” that he attacked ex-wife Amber Heard during their relationship.

Depp and Heard, 34, attended the 16-day trial, which featured days of high drama, allegations of violence and revelations about the former couple's relationship.

The final line in the petition urges fans: "Do the right thing. Remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2."

This week Depp appeared at a film festival in Spain to collect a lifetime achievement award, where he spoke out against cancel culture.

He suggested things were getting out of hand and that nobody was safe from the 'instant rush to judgement' while speaking at the 69h San Sebastian International Film Festival.

"The various movements that came out, I’m sure with the best of intentions – however it’s so far out of hand now that I can promise you that no one is safe,” he said.

He also hit out at "this cancel culture or this instant rush to judgment based on essentially what amounts to polluted air that’s exhaled."
