Budget supermarket Aldi has shoppers obsessed with its latest SpecialBuy item, which customers say they wish they’d bought sooner.
Aldi’s recent SpecialBuys include everything from gym equipment to clothing, but the one item standing out is its Ambiano Pressure Cooker, which is priced at £49.99.
Aldi stores remain open during lockdown with shoppers allowed to visit when needing to stock up on essential purchases such as food and medicine. Non-essential purchases can also be made during these visits.
The pressure cooker, which is available online and in store from today, features 14 different cooking functions, with an LED display panel, stainless steel inner pot and a six litre cooking capacity.
The Ambiano Pressure Cooker has already received several five star reviews online with some praising it for looking more expensive than its £50 price tag.
On Aldi’s website, one shopper wrote: “I love this pressure-cooker. It does everything almost and very good quality as well”.
Another said: “Excellent build quality & value for money”, while a third wrote: “Brilliant Does everything it says it does!”
A fourth said: “Great features. I purchased this about 1 month ago. I must say I'm impressed with what you can cook in this device. Wished I'd purchased one years ago.”

Another added: “Excellent. For the money it’s amazing. So far I’ve done roast beef and a sausage casserole in it and they taste amazing. Saves so much cooking time for the same result as a slow cooker. The beef came out so tender and full of flavour. I’m am so impressed with this cooker.”
