Former Hull KR star Adam Quinlan could be about to land a new deal with Championship club Leigh Centurions.
Rugby League Live understands the fullback has courted interest from the recently-relegated Leythers, who are looking to bolster their squad for the 2022 season.
The 28-year-old was released by Rovers following their capture of three-time Grand Final winning fullback Lachlan Coote, bringing an end to his five years at the club.
Injuries hampered the Australian livewire, who made 68 appearances during his time with the club.
Leigh are looking to replace another former Robin, Ryan Brierley, in the fullback role, after his move to Salford Red Devils.
It's believed that one Super League club has also put the feelers out with Quinlan, but it's a move to Leigh Sports Village that currently appears the most likely.
Leigh have yet to appoint a new coach for next season but have been signing players, with former Hull FC prop Chris Green among their new recruits.
Quinlan started his career in the NRL with St George Illawarra before a brief spell in Super League with St Helens.
After returning to the Dragons, he eventually found his way to Craven Park in 2017, before his departure at the end of the season.
