A person has been hit by a train in Hessle.
There is a large emergency services presence near the train station in South Field.
The collision happened on Tuesday evening.
As a result, all lines are currently blocked between Brough and Hull.
National Rail updated its website to say that travel has been disrupted as of 7.55pm this evening.
The routes affected are LNER between London Kings Cross, Doncaster and Hull, Northern between Sheffield, York, Leeds and Hull and TransPennine Express between Manchester Piccadilly and Hull.
London North East Railway tweeted to say: "We are saddened to report that a person has being hit by a train this evening.
"The 17:18 #KingsCross to #Hull was terminated at #Brough and taxis have been arranged for customers for Hull."
In a message on its website, National Rail said: "The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Brough and Hull. As a result of this all lines are currently blocked.
"Trains running between these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 45 minutes. Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
"TransPennine Express will operate rail replacement buses between Hull /Selby and Leeds in both directions where required."
