Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong is reportedly still in talks with Inter Milan over a potential free transfer this summer.

Tuttosport claim Inter are planning to give the 20-year-old some first-team experience out on loan before he becomes part of their side.

United sold Romelu Lukaku and loaned Chilean Alexis Sanchez to Inter last summer.

Former skipper Ashley Young became the latest player to swap Manchester for Milan when he joined Inter in last month's transfer window.

Dutch youth international Chong could join his former team-mates in moving to Italy after only featuring in 24 minutes of league action so far this season.

Chong is yet to sign a new deal at Old Trafford and could leave for no fee at the end of the season.

MAN UTD need to go on some run if they're to nab a Champions League spot this season.

But with cross-town rivals City slapped with a two-season European ban, hope is not lost and the Red Devils will be in the CL if they can finish fifth this term.

Failure doesn't appear to be an option mind, with reports suggesting that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer faces the axe if he fails to get his side into either European competition.

According to the Daily Star Solskjaer's future is hanging in the balance after Ed Woodward failed to deliver on his targets in the January transfer window.

It is thought that a failure to qualify for any form of European competition would cost the Norwegian his job.

While Odion Igahlo has been spotted at United's Carrington base for the first time after being “quarantined” amidst coronavirus fears.

He has an excellent chance of playing in tomorrow's clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

And the Daily Mail claim Declan Rice, Aston Villa skipper Jack Grealish and Norwich duo Todd Cantwell and Max Aarons are all firmly in the sights of United's recruitment team.

Grealish is thought to be the priority signing but with Solskjaer desperate to bolster his resources in midfield Rice could find himself at United, especially if West Ham are relegated.
