Jeremie Boga is impressing in Serie A this season with Sassuolo and could soon find himself back at Chelsea.
In leaving Stamford Bridge 18 months ago, the winger is available on a buy-back clause, according to Sassuolo chairman Giovanni Carnevalli.
He is reported by TMW as saying: “Chelsea can redeem him in June.
“We have excellent relationships with them, we met them with them before Christmas also for other operations, because we like it as we did with Barcelona, to have a collaborative relationship.
“They can take him back, but we can also do an operation together, we can take him back, there is total openness.”
IT'S A TIE
Following Marc Guehi and George McEachran's loan exits, Chelsea have refreshed their Champions League squad.
Academy goalkeeper Nicolas Tie has been added to the roster as back-up to Frank Lampard's current options.
Kepa Arrizabalaga, Willy Caballero, and Jamie Cumming stand as the options ahead of Tie in the pecking order.
Born in Lille, France, 18-year-old Tie signed from Stade Poitevin in 2017 and represents Ivory Coast.
