A 14-year-old boy from Seaforth has been reported as missing from home.

Liam Murphy, 14, was last seen at his home address in Hawarden Grove, Seaforth on Thursday evening ( October 29.)

Police are now appealing for information about the boy's whereabouts.

Liam was last seen wearing a black and grey North Face jacket, a grey North Face tracksuit top, blue and grey Nike 110 trainers and black combat trousers.

He is described as a white male, around 5ft 2in tall, with dark shoulder-length hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said to the ECHO : "Liam Murphy was last seen at his home address in Hawarden Grove, Seaforth on Thursday evening, 29 October.

"Liam is known to frequent areas of Bootle, Seaforth and Litherland.

"Anyone who has seen Liam, or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact @MerPolCC, 101 or @missingpeople on 116 000. "
