THIS is the shocking moment a neighbour from hell caused hundreds of pounds in damages dumping cement over her fence.
Joanne Shreeves laughed as she waged war with her neighbours, destroying their property and threatening to kill them in her hate campaign.
The 'possessed' 51-year-old destroyed Trevor Dempsey's fence, garden flowers and potting shed whilst spitting and shouting at him.
She even cancelled the 999 call a horrified Trevor made just moments after it was placed.
CCTV footage proved to be the downfall of Shreeves', daughter of ex-Spurs manager Peter Shreeves, reign of terror - despite using her hose on cameras in a desperate bid to break them.
She appeared at Stratford Magistrates' Court where her innocent target of abuse gave evidence.
Mr Dempsey told the court his neighbour was like a "person possessed" when she lobbed boulders over his fence on October 24, 2020.
The 62-year-old said: "There was a big crunch - she went berserk.
"She went to her garage, took out her shovel and shovelled out what we put in and threw it over the top of the fence and actually hit me.
"You could see her throwing boulders over the fence throwing stuff at the house and windows.
"She was like a person possessed, she was a person possessed."
Video evidence also showed the defendant spitting and shouting: "You're a dirty c**t, you are. A f**king dirty c**t. You know what happens to dirty c**ts?"
The enraged neighbour also took it upon herself to cut tape which read "keep out" on their boundary line.
Mitchell Durdin, another one of Shreeves' victims, told the court he was disgusted after she spat at him.
"It was during the covid pandemic and there was no vaccine, I was terrified," he said.
Ms Durdin also told the court how Shreeves terrorised them in their suburban Chingford street - where mock tudor houses fetch £1m.
On one occasion Ms Durdin looked out of her window after hearing a commotion and found Shreeves staring at her.
She claimed Shreeves called her a "dirty c**t" and she replied: "So are you."
Ms Durdin added: "She turns around, makes a slit throat (gesture), and goes 'you're dead' 'you're dead' whilst we were in our own house."
Shreeves was previously convicted of common assault in relation to Mr Durdin.
Mr and Ms Durdin also saw their nightmare neighbour convicted of threatening behaviour with intent at the same court last May.
For Mr Dempsey's property damage, the destructive neighbour was convicted of criminal damage with the value of £440.
However, she was granted a retrial by District Judge William Nelson in August after claiming CCTV footage was altered.
But, at her second trial she was again was found guilty of common assault, causing criminal damage and one of threatening behaviour.
The defendant did not appear at the trial due to illness but again claimed the CCTV was fake as her defence.
District Judge William Nelson told the court: "To suggest that the CCTV footage has been doctored in any way beggers belief.
"What is seen on that footage is a true representation.
"They used to live next door to each other and now they have taken up three days of court time.
"There is clearly an undisguised animosity between all the parties in this case."
In relation to Shreeves spitting at Mitchell Durdin, Judge Nelson said: "In none of the CCTV could I actually see waterdrops, but what I did hear was the sound of a spit."
When talking about Mr Dempsey's property damage, the judge said: "I am satisfied the defendant threw a large number of objects over the fence.
"It might be that Carol Shreeves cannot accept the behaviour of her daughter."
At this point in proceedings, Shreeves muttered something in the dock which the judge thought was "be careful."
He replied: "I hope that wasn't a threat. You said 'be careful'."
"I said "oh," replied Shreeves.
"During the course of these proceedings you have been disruptive and said things to witnesses while they are giving evidence," the judge added.
Shreeves was bailed as she awaits her sentencing on March 2.
The defendant was cleared of two counts of threatening behaviour on June 27, 2021.
