Twoanimalsare believed to be chocolate Labradors. They were found two days away near the same location on the sidewalk near the Great Western Park Estate in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
According to Oxford Mail, the first was discovered by a dog walker on July 29, wrapped in a towel and packed in a trash bag.

To the vet Taken, RCSPA was called, though it was too decomposed to determine the cause of death.
This area was combed for other dead dogs, but nothing was found.
The second was found at the same location on July 31, wrapped in a towel and thrown into a pink paperboard toy box.
It was also taken to the vet, but they did not have a record that it was brought in. RSPCA was informed again.
A resident of Oxfordshire who found the second dog said on Facebook:
"This area is not a busy walkway, but it is often used by dog walkers, so it is suitable for people who do not live in the area. Is not well known.
"The reason for my post is to alert pedestrians in particular and report any further incidents to RSPCA.
"If anyone sees a puppy cluttered or advertised locally online, or knows of a stolen puppy, please report it to RSPCA.

"By chance, anyone who does this sees this message, if you can't take care of your pet, you are free to surrender them in any shelter, You can take them to a veterinarian or seek advice from a myriad of charitable organizations.
"This is less hassle than throwing it away inhumanely. I often see children riding bicycles in this area. Children encounter animals in this state. I don't like it. "
