CORONATION Street fans are struggling to handle to show's barrage of "miserable" storylines.
This comes as Paul Foreman - who is played by actor Peter Ash in the ITV soap - will soon discover he has motor neurone disease (MND) and the storyline will follow the terminal life-shortening illness.
The hit ITV show is also set to see Ryan come to terms with his life-long injuries after protecting Daisy Midgley from an acid attack and delve deeper into Amy's tragic rape storyline.
It all became too much for viewers who have hit out at the endless misery in Weatherfield as one wrote: "Literally can't deal with all this misery on Corrie, it's all negative."
A second said: "Tired of the constant depressing stuff." While another said: "I'm switching off. It's all just bad stuff."

British actor Colin is best known for his role as MI6 deputy chief of staff Charles Robinson in three Bond films and will play “tough-talking and fiercely protective” father-of-two George.
The 60-year-old said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the cast of EastEnders to take on the role of George Knight.
“I’m excited to explore the character of George, a true East End gentleman, having been born in the East End myself.”

Molly Rainford, who won hearts across the nation during her stint on Strictly Come Dancing, will be joining the cast of EastEnders.
She will be part of the Knight family, who take over the Queen Vic pub.

Also on the soap, Amy Barlow opened up to her parents about how Aaron raped her earlier this month.
And on top of that Paul Foreman was continuing to struggle with his mystery illness that viewers know will be diagnosed as MND and see him tragically die.

Strictly Come Dancing star Tyler West confirmed he is dating Molly Rainford as he told Lorraine Kelly: “I’m so proud of my girlfriend”.
